Returns
Eligibility:
You may initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as when received
How to Return an Item
1. Request a Return Authorization
Contact our customer service team at hello@aromablisse.com within 30 days of purchase.
2. Package Your Items
Securely repack the products in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any complimentary gifts received.
3. Ship the Return
Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different variant, please contact our customer service team.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers are responsible for any price differences and additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
